Straightforward pricing. No surprises.
We're contracted with most major insurance plans, and we verify your benefits before your first visit so you know what to expect.
No insurance? We've got transparent self-pay rates too.
Insurance we're contracted with
Our chiropractors are contracted with most major health insurance plans, including:
- Aetna
- AllWays Health Partners
- American Specialty Health / Cigna Healthcare
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Harvard student, Harvard employee, MIT student, and MIT employee plans)
- Harvard Pilgrim Health Care
- Health Plans Inc.
- Mass General Brigham Health Plan
- Medicare
- Tufts Health Plan (including Tufts Medicare)
- United Healthcare (including United Student Resources, United AARP, Surest, and others)
- WellPoint (formerly UniCare)
Standard co-payments apply based on your specific plan. We'll verify your benefits before your first visit by phone or email, so there are no surprises when you arrive.
Not currently contracted with: Medicaid / MassHealth plans (including WellSense, Tufts Health Direct, Tufts Health Together, and MassHealth), TRICARE military plans, and international insurance plans. If you have one of these plans, give us a call — we may still be able to point you in a useful direction.
Injured in a car accident?
We accept personal injury protection (PIP) claims from most auto insurers. If you've been in an accident, give us a call — we'll work directly with your claims adjuster to confirm coverage and handle billing on your behalf. Early evaluation after an accident is associated with better recovery outcomes, so don't wait to be seen.
Self-pay and no-insurance rates
Don't have insurance, or don't have chiropractic benefits? Many patients pay directly for care — chiropractic is often more cost-effective than people expect, especially with our self-pay packages.

Stretch therapy and custom orthotics are both self-pay services, but we can provide an itemized receipt for HSA/FSA reimbursement — check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.

Our 5- and 10-visit packages are designed to make ongoing self-pay care more affordable. If cost is a concern, talk to us — we'd rather work something out than have you skip care you need.
