Dr. Lee came to chiropractic through a lifelong background in athletics and a passion for understanding how the body moves and performs. A former NCAA hockey player, she transitioned to endurance sports and competes in marathons and triathlons. Her own experience as an athlete shaped her interest in helping others stay active, recover from injury, and perform at their best.
Sierra earned her B.S. in Neuroscience & Engineering from Trinity College and her Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic. She is certified in dry needling and incorporates chiropractic adjustments, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), exercise, and strength and mobility work into her care. Her approach is evidence-based and focused on identifying the underlying factors contributing to an injury — not simply treating the symptoms — while creating a plan that helps patients get back to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of the office, Sierra can usually be found running, cycling, swimming, or strength training. She also has a background as a personal trainer and strength coach, with experience working with runners, athletes, and individuals looking to move stronger and with more confidence.
