Alyson Hope brings a background you won’t find at most chiropractic practices. She holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Physician Assistant Studies and Medical Science, with a focus on recovery and rehabilitation — and has spent over a decade working at the intersection of healthcare and movement as both a clinician and yoga professional.
Her approach to stretch therapy is whole-person and highly individualized, shaped by additional training in neuromuscular health, pain care, and trauma-sensitive practice. Sessions can include hands-on assisted stretching, prop-based work, or guided stretching without hands-on contact — whatever works best for your body, your comfort level, and what you’re working through. Alyson’s own experience recovering from injury informs how she shows up for patients: with patience, curiosity, and zero assumptions about what “progress” is supposed to look like.
In addition to her passion for helping others stay mobile, Alyson enjoys arts and crafts, reading, and taking her elderly dog, Winnie, on walks. She’s always on the lookout for local recommendations.
